1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the mytradebuddy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

mytradebuddy provides AI-powered revenue capture systems, automation, and marketing services for trades and service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to AI receptionists, automated follow-up systems, lead generation, and CRM management.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Maintain the security of any account credentials provided
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in your individual service agreement. Setup fees are due upon commencement of work. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, templates, and automations developed by mytradebuddy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence to use these systems for the duration of their active subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

mytradebuddy provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as lead volumes, revenue increases, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to systems and automations managed by mytradebuddy will be discontinued. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
